Graham has worked at the forefront of customer-centric business for over 20 years with blue-chip management consultancies, as an independent consultant and as an interim manager.

He has extensive experience of all aspects of customer-centric business gathered in the telecoms, financial services, automotive, building and aviation industries, and in the public sector. 



His current work is in the areas of customer-driven innovation, customer-co-creation, customer experience design and social CRM.

Graham is a Partner at innovation consultancy Strategyn UK, an Associate at customer value engineers Optima Value and the Head of Innovation at pre-paid card consultancy Giftex. Prior to that he was a Principal in the CRM Practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

He is also the resident Customer Value Management guru at CustomerThink, the leading independent CRM portal where his Customer Insider blog has been voted one of the Top 10 CRM blogs by InsideCRM.

Tom Orvei is a CRM professional based in Oslo and works at Avis Car Rental. He has an excellent project management track record after delivering several complex business development projects in multicultural environments. In his current role, Tom Orvei is responsible for CRM in Avis Car Rental for Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
